  We found a little hidden gem not so long ago and we're glad we tried this family friendly restaurant out. We've visited this strip many times for Toys R'Us and Baskin Robbins in the past but not sure why we've never stopped in and try until now. The portion sizes were fair and the food was very tasty and flavorful

  The environment was very family friendly. We were greeted and seated right away without waiting. Definitely a hidden gem to try when you're in the area!

  Personally I have came to Georgy Porgys often in hopes of the menu changing or having the chef potentially create something more than the usual. They are know for their half price wing special on Monday and Tuesday however they do not have that many flavours. I was hoping to get a creamy but hot wing flavour however when asked if the chef could add a blue cheese layer on top of the wings I was quickly denied.
  
  Overall: Bland wings, no change, old menu, needs an update!!!!

  Visiting a friend today in North York and we're on the hunt for a wings and beers special.  Well, we a place just east of Victoria Park Ave on Lawrence Ave E.
  
  On Mondays and Tuesdays, you can chow down after 5 p.m. on 2 lbs wings for $14.16 and chase the meal with $5.09 Tall Boys.  Every day of the week there is the signature special to lure you in.
  
  Georgy Porgy's serves lunch and dinner; they have a full menu including pizza, pasta, burgers, steak, ribs, wraps, salads, soups, and even liver & onions.  A full breakfast menu is offered on Saturdays & Sundays between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m.
  
  The place has a modern pub look and feel to it.  There's also a large stone fireplace to give a lodge atmosphere.  A patio is available when the weather is cooperating.
  
  Take in a sporting event on 12 large screens spread throughout the restaurant.
  
  George, the owner greeted us with a handshake upon entering.  Our server seemed out of it; we had to flag her down to order drinks, weren't asked if we wanted menus, and then flagged her again to order food.  Very interesting...first visit.
  
  The two pounds of Cajun and honey garlic wings were good.  At least this was the upward turning point of this review.

  Very average for bar I'd say less than average maybe.
  Very little love put into the food. Been twice not sure why. Staff is hit and miss. They need better food.

  When we first entered we were not greeted and had to wait a few min just to see an employee for seating.
    I was a bit surprised at the amount of older people here so I'm thinking it is a place you can go to with a family and not have to deal with obnoxious younger party type folks. We had the artichoke dip for an app and it was very tasty. It took a while for the food to arrive but when it came we were happy. My wife and daughter got the speghetti and meat balls and they throughly enjoyed. A nice pasta sauce and the meat balls actually looked and tasted like Meat lol. I got the Buffalo chicken wrap with fries. I really, really enjoyed the fries but didn't much like the wrap. Also we were not asked if we wanted a drink top up which I found unfortunate.
   I will go back but next time I will order something different.
